The hotel is a very large building cum conference and wellness facilities that is kitted to welcome hundreds of tourists located in the center of town, close to everything.
Rooms are a bit dated, but tidy and clean. Beds are rather hard. We had a lovely view over Karlsbad from our balcony.
The restaurant is very large, organised in booths reminiscing of the 70's, but all is in good order. The breakfast buffet is vast and offers so many options that it's impossible not to find something one likes.
The wellness area is also great, including a warm pool, whirlpool, sauna, ir sauna, hammam, relaxation room and kneipp circuit. The fitness suite is a tiny 2x3?mt room with a cross trainer and other 2 (exactly) pieces of kit, hence quite useless.
The main feature is the thermal pool on the rooftop of the cliff side building, which can be tracked by lift from the main building. 2 hours of bliss and several types of sauna to try in Saunia.

Nice clean rooms. Highlight was the entrance to the thermal spa included in the price. Also the hotel’s spa was very nice. Good choice of food for breakfast.

The facilities are good, the furniture is acceptable, the bed cover is very good, the furniture is good, and there is no free water for the balcony.
