Beautiful hotel located right downtown of Karlovy Vary. The staff is very professional, and the rooms were very clean, cozy, and well equipped. I also recommend getting the breakfast. It is buffet style but they have plenty of options and it tasted good. It’s also nice that they offer some (very limited) parking spots if you happen to be driving into the town.
Pillows could be fluffier.

Lovely location but our room on 5th floor had a lousy view
Check out at 11 is too early though they kindly offered us 12. Breakfast was quite varied but would have liked a freshly cooked option.

we had a large room with a balcony. the bed was big and comfortable staff were friendly and helpful
the room was very hot and the only way to control the temperature was to open the windows to outside which was 8c. the decor is dated and starting to look a bit shabby. restaurant was average at best. the pillows were awful
