Our stay at Hotel Romance was absolutely amazing. Everything was top-notch — the location, the service, the cleanliness, and especially the staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and always smiling, which made us feel at home from the first moment.
The hotel atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Karlovy Vary. We would definitely love to come back again!

Wonderful rich qualitative breakfast. Very clean room . its everything qualitative renewed and the bath if clean big and modern.. Nothing to complain. Being in the pedestrian zone, they allow you to enter to remove luggage from car and there is opportunity of a paid parking outside the pedestrian zone 2-3 minutes of walk.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed. Really!
Classic and luxury interior, clean, warm, kind staffs, gorgeous dinner and breakfast. (Half board highly recommended)
I want to re-visit not because Karlory vary, but because Hotel Romance.

we had a large room with a balcony. the bed was big and comfortable
staff were friendly and helpful
the room was very hot and the only way to control the temperature was to open the windows to outside which was 8c. the decor is dated and starting to look a bit shabby. restaurant was average at best. the pillows were awful
