Hotel Stein Elbogen

La nostra camera molto grande, pulita, la qualità della colazione, parcheggio privato, la posizione a due passi a piedi dal borgo.

Non è un hotel ma un affitta camere. Il giorno stesso del nostro alle 14 ci chiede la conferma della prenotazione avvisando che accettava solo contanti per un ipotetico guasto al Pos e che la reception chiudeva alle 17 la prenotazione era per tre ore dopo e già non rimborsabile, assicurata con carta quindi che cosa dovevo confermare ancora????dopo aver confermato e avvisato l’arrivo dopo le 18 mi hanno mandato i codici per entrare nella struttura in autonomia. Noi viaggiamo in moto e non teniamo il cellulare in mano quindi che la struttura mi debba stressare già prima dell’arrivo facendoci perdere tempo a rispondere per pseudo conferme e prelevare contanti mi ha dato fastidio. La colazione servita al mattino porta via parecchio tempo perché sono lenti.

Convenient location just a few minutes walk away from the historical centre of Loket, with a beautiful view over the valley and mist-shrouded forests on the other side. The included parking space for our car was very appreciated, as was the free coffee and cake provided in the reception. The room was very spacious and bright, with high ceilings. It even had a small kitchenette with sink and dining table. Communication with the staff was smooth and fast.

I wasn't sure if they had an elevator to the second floor, but in any case that wasn't a problem for us. We would likely have had breakfast there if it had started earlier (this was not an issue for us either).

Die Studio Zimmer waren einfach zum wohlfühlen. Das Frühstücksangebot aus einer übersichtlichen, aber vielseitigen Karte war spektakulär. Damit kann nun leider kein anderes mehr mithalten. Lecker, ausgewogen und toll angerichtet. Ich würde noch viel mehr Sterne geben.

Die Einrichtung in unserem Zimmer war etwas " abgewohnt"....
