The hotel itself is beautiful and bigger than expected. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bar downstairs was really nice.
The location is not ideal. It’s not bad but it is not on the Main Street of Karlovy Vary.

Great spot right in the centre of Karlovy Vary! Everything — from the Old Town to plenty of restaurants and bars — was an easy walk away. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and the room was clean, cozy and comfortable.
An older-style hotel with a simple, no-frills setup. There was no minibar, extra blankets, or iron / ironing board in the room - though these items were available upon request.

The room is big and comfortable, easily accomodates two people with two big travel bags. Bit of a strange thing is the floor heating in the bathroom in July but it was still ok. There is no airco so the window needs to be open and there are many restaurants around so it can be a bit noisy at night (but so is every other hotel in that area). There is a big choice of breakfast items, everything freshly made. The hotel has their own private parking which is a big plus in the city. We couldn't try the spa this time but we'll be back next year then we try.

It was clean at least
breakfast was regular. preferred to go out and have a breakfast don’t use hotels restaurant. the room was cold even though we told the reception.
