    The stuff was very friendly and we really liked the break fast. The classical building is really beautiful. Due to our short stay, only two nights, we where not able to check out the SPA part of the hotel. The room was really spacious and the bed was really comfortable. I would say that the only caveat is that you have to drop the key of your car at the reception for using the pretty tight hotel parking area.

    Normally people going to Karlovy vari to have spa facilities , they have a mentioned in agoda they have this facility, once I checked in they said it’s close for 2 days ,& whole checking out 30 mnts also they can’t allow , house keeping came by force n our room n put out luggage by side and they started to clean , very disappointing
