What a wonderful stay! Great communication, the apartment is in the pedestrian only part of old town, but the hotel let me know in advance where to park, and met me at the parking lot with a golf cart to transport me and my luggage to the apartment. The employee carried my suitcase up the fourflights of stairs and made sure I was settled in, gave me a map of town and advice. This is how it should be done!

This apartment was in a great location, cars could not drive there, the host picked us up with golf carts. One minute to the beach. Extremely friendly people. FYI, this place is not suitable for wheelchair or if you have difficulty climbing stairs. AC in the living room and bedroom. Staffs are super accommodating and on time

Just up from the apartment to the left is a small alley that leads to the waterfront and a great bar called Mediterrano. Nice for a cocktail sundowner 😊

Lovely apartment in the heart of the old town. Staff very nice gave us lots of tips and suggestions. Only problem was the noise from the cafe across the road (could go until midnight). A pity - otherwise it would have been a 5-star review.

Our apartment was well equipped and in an excellent location in the old town. We didn't realise that the hotel would collect us from the bus station on arrival but certainly made use of this service on checking out as the streets are quite steep with cobblestones. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice apartment located very deep in the heart of OLD TOWN Rovinj, fully pedestrian, cobble stoned area with loud disco music blaring from most bars/restaurants. We had to get the host's golf cart to get us there from outside of the Old Town area. Car needed to be parked outside Old Town. Within minutes of arriving to the comfortable apartment it was clear we could not stay there...#1 Hotels.com included laundry facilities as one of the amenities...we called the main hotel that manages the property and they said there were no laundry facilities. The "Full Kitchen" did not have a toaster or toaster oven. The location was claustrophobic and not walkable for two 50-somethings with health issues. Staff was lovely and understanding and was vacated after one night and got a refund on the remaining nights...all in all, a very stressful and unfortunate start to our visit to Rovinj. STAY OUT OF OLD TOWN for the best visit!!

I’ve stayed at the actual hotel a couple years ago but when j found this apartment, I wanted to give it a go. Loved it! So beautiful and clean. Spacious area with a nice view of the water. There are 3 flights of stairs, so if I’m traveling with my mother, I’ll have to pass on it as she can’t do that many. I didn’t kind them at all but it’s a factor for some. When I return I’ll stay here so that’s how much I liked it.

The apartment was clean and tastefully appointed. It was very comfortable inside for a couple, but does require walking up and down five flights of stairs. The apartment is located in the pedestrian only, old city center of Rovinj. It is a delightful location; however, one needs to be very patient with checking in and checking out because the electric vehicle used to move guests and luggage in and out of the pedestrian zone to their parking locations or bus or taxi transport seems to be oversubscribed. Overall, the apartment is nicely renovated compared to other rentals in the same area.

These are separate apartments run by a hotel in a different part of the island. Staff service was amazing. We stayed in trevisol 4 which is on the top floor of the building my only comment would be that the wifi signal was very weak in our room so maybe request a lower floor.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place for a few nights in Rovinj. Shuttle service to and from parking was also very helpful.

Everything was greT except I wasnt told that I had to check in at the main hotel and my luggage will be bright in to the apartment . So as a result I had to carry my laggard all the way to the apartment which wasnt fun. Also there was a noise from the restaurant below our windows. Other than these two things the satay was enjoyable

It was hard to contact the reception when we arrived at the apartment. We needed to call them to ask for the key. In the end we waited for 50 min. It was not a plesant start but we had a great stay in the end. They arranged a driver to help us bring our luggages to the bus terminal. Thats a good service indeed. It would be better if the hotel to tell us in advance about the arrangement when we arrive at the apartment.

Perfect location, beautifully appointed, loved the small restaurant (Buffet Treviso) literally on our doorstep. Our third floor apartment had a partial sea view and fit 3 comfortably. One of the more expensive hotel/apartments on our trip but a good value for what we got.
