Wonderful host; spacious, clean and well equipped house. Everything was perfect, beds were comfortable, garden is absolutely beautiful and it's a short walk to the beach with access to boat that will take you to Rovinj. We loved our stay, and little details like fruit bowl, chocolates and rakija :) Thank you so much for having us!

Nice spacious house. Giant Garden. Big porch for resting and eating. High-end pebble beach in walking distance.

I would appreciate washer, dryer and dishwasher. The dryer would come very handy on rainy days.

A week in September. The house was awesome. We could really relax. Everything was as described. Kitchen has everything you need. Everything very clean. The best: Franciska was super friendly and very accommodating. We were allowed to help ourselves in the vegetable garden: tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, aubergines. Lots of wine, lots of grappa, lots of good insider tips. Highly recommended. Thank you Francisca!ü

excellent location near the city of Rovinj (but outside) and close to very nice beaches offering a beautiful view on the city. House is very cosy and nicely decorated. Perfectly equipped for a family of 4 persons. Pergola and garden are an extra bonus and a very pleasant where to relax and spend time anytime. We did also appreciate a lot the delicious vegetables and fruits we could collect in the garden. Finally, Franciska and Robi are so kind with their guests and spend a lot of time with them in order explain, share experience and tips . Thanks a lot to them for their warm welcome and their kindness.

We spent an wonderful week at Francisca's and Robert's house. They were great hosts that helped with everything, whenever there was a need they instantly came and solved the issue. The house boasts a great garden and a huge terrace were we spent our evenings enjoying the sunset and drinking Robert's tasty home made wine. The location was also very convenient as we could walk to Amarin beach in 10 min and had easy access to old town Rovinj by the taxi boat: always a lovely trip across the sea and you do not need to go by a car. We loved our stay and would always go back!

First of all friendly owners. Very convenient location not far from the sea,The house is enough big for 4 persons and has very nice garden around.we have spent here the best holidays in last few years.

Huge ground with olive trees, vineyard, etc. The large covered terrace is one of the highlights. A 10 min walk to beautiful beaches with regular boat service to the Rovinj Old Town. Very hospitable couple, would come back any time.

It’s simply wonderful 😀 Franciska is an outstanding host, she is very friendly and genuinely happy to take care of her guests, so we appreciated the warm welcome. Franciscais always available with good advice and provided us with many good tips. She made sure that we felt like home, and that’s not a figure of speech 😁 now, to the property itself. It is not your typical holiday home where everything is set up “just for rent”. No, it it is a place touched with so much love and care, as Franciska and her husband built it and run it for themselves, and for their friends and relatives. As guests, we felt like we were invited to join the circle of friends which is very pleasant feeling. The house itself is right size for a family with the kids, just like ours. It is well maintained. The garden is huge... no, it is enormous! There is so much place, way beyond our expectations as we wanted to stay in the detached house with some place where our dog and kids can run and play a little bit without worries about the neighbors, traffic on the street etc. in Franciska’s house we got it all and much more! There is a fence all around the property so we had no worries to let our very energized puppy to run around as much as she wanted. There are grapes, figs, olive trees, tomatoes, pumpkins, chili peppers and other fresh vegetables we were kindly invited to pick as much as we like to. As I wrote above, the whole place is very well taken care of, and it is obvious how much effort the owners spending to keep it in great condition. It is very clean, and provided with necessities which are important in these crazy days of COVID. Again, Franciska made sure that whatever her guests needed is available on short notice e.g. fresh towels. The place is located in a nice spot as it is away from tourist crowds while the beach is within 10 minutes walk, and shops, restaurants and city center are all within short drive by car. That’s exactly how we wanted it for our holiday.

That is not big deal at all, although the following things would have turned almost perfect stay into a perfect one 😊 The dishwasher and washing machine would have been a great addition to the property as these appliances help to save the time and effort (for the guests) but also - the water and electricity, which is beneficial both for the owners and the environment 😉 However, it is important to note that Franciska offered us to take care of our laundry, which is great service indeed.
