MAKADO One-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View (KARLA)is a 3star Apartment.It is located in Borik - part of the town very close to beautiful beaches and 3 km from town centre.In high season, the connection to the town center is excellent: frequent bus and taxi boat lines. The accommodation is located near the Family Hotel Amarin, which offers a wide variety of sports activities for all age groups, as well as playgrounds for children. Interior size is 45m2 and balcony is12m2. It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has one air conditioner. Air conditioning is located in the living room. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in front of the house.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 4 person
BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable double). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.

The ocean was visible, over a few buildings. The property was lovely, in a nice quiet road, with easy parking and access to the apartment. The facilities were more than adequate for our stay and, the bed comfortable and a great shower! The cooking facilities were great and the balcony gets plenty of sun and, if it got too hot, the electric shutters on the patio doors really help.If you're English, I would suggest downloading movies or shows on a laptop or Ipad for the evening since, there's only one English speaking channel on the TV. But aside from that, it is a really lovely place to spend your time and, Rovinj is lovely too!

Our stay here was lovely! Our host was very helpful and made sure we had what we needed. The location was quiet and peaceful to enjoy the sun and read a book on the balcony in the sunshine.
The apartment is well appointed and you have all you need for a comfortable stay.
Would very much recommend a stay here.

Ein sehr schönes Quartier mit sehr freundlichem Gastgeber.
Leider schränkt ein neues Nachbargebäude den Blick auf das Meer etwas ein, was auf den bisherigen Fotos nicht erkennbar ist, aber den Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht weiter beeinträchtigt.
