About this villa rental
The detached house is surrounded by a well-kept and mediteran garden and a closed parking.
For self-catering!
Villa Vanessa is just 200 meters from a natural pebble and rocky beach. A little further is a newly landscaped -very beautiful pebble beach with promenade.
The house is spread over 2 floors. The upper floor is accessible via a spiral staircase. The outdoor area has 2 large terraces with a beautiful panoramic view over the sea. It is equipped with seating and sun loungers.
There are 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and one with single bed. There is air conditioning, satellite TV and internet / wi-fi.
The living area is lovingly furnished with everything you need in the home, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and freezer / cooler combination.
In the open conservatory you can stay anytime and eat with a view to the outside.
Also, the house has 2 bathrooms (1 large and 1 small) and 2 toilets.
The living area comprises approximately 130m² with ground floor,
1. Floor and terraces.
At the top of the bedrooms is a "panoramic room" from which you can enjoy a wonderful sea view of the church of Rovinj.
Borik is a quieter and greener (pine trees!) Suburb of Rovinj.
The center of Rovinj is 2 km away from us, so easy to walk (about half an hour) or from Camping Amarin accessible by taxi boat.
The grocery store 'Konsum' is only 50 meters away.
In the immediate vicinity there are several restaurants.
The homeowner and a very dear, black free-range German Shepherd live in the lower ground floor of the house us are always approachable with questions and helpful.

The property is very clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The hosts are friendly and speak German. Our family loved the comfort and perfect space. The location is great with easy access to the beach.
