Toller Aufenthalt in bester Lage

tolle Ferienwohnung in bester ruhiger Lage, Zugang über einen Zahlencode war problemlos möglich, sehr gute Küchenausstattung, schöner Garten, sehr schönes Bad mit Dusche, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der jederzeit ansprechbar war, kurze Entfernung zum Strand, zum Zentrum und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir konnten direkt von unsere FeWo die tolle Umgebung mit unseren Räder (ohne Motor) erkunden. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Auszeit genossen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Leider gab es doch etliche Mücken und Ameisen, die den Weg in die Wohnung gefunden haben, obwohl an den Fenstern überall Insektenschutzgitter angebracht war. :-/ Sehr viele streunende Katzen in der Umgebung. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.

Ruhig und doch zentral

Ein sehr schönes Appartement in super ruhiger Lage und trotzdem nah zum Strand, zu Restaurants und zum einkaufen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

Wir hatten das „Gartenzimmer“ mit Terrasse und direkt angrenzendem, wunderschönen Garten. Dadurch aber leider auch sehr viel Ungeziefer, teilweise auch im Appartement. Die Fenster sind zwar mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, aber die halfen leider auch nicht.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen

Sehr ruhige Lage, trotzdem gute Nähe zum Strand! Buchung war sehr flexibel möglich. Kleiner Terrassentisch vor der Tür. Schöner mediteraner Garten. Gut ausgestattete Küche, mit Geschirrspüler. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schnelle Antworten und gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt per WhatsApp. Einfacher Self check in.

Das Apartment ist für 3 Personen etwas eng. Für 2 Personen wäre es perfekt. Es ist kellerseitig und daher der Schlafbereich etwas schwer zu lüften.

El millor allotjament si vols visitar Rovinj!

És un apartament preciós i molt tranquil. Estava tot molt net i és molt acollidor. El gestor de l’allotjament, el Branko, ens va donar moltíssimes recomanacions i va estar molt pendent de nosaltres. A més, disposa d’aparcament privat i està a menys de 10 minuts de la ciutat. Ho recomanem al 100%!

Ubytování bylo moc fajn, určitě bych doporučila přátelům.

Apartmán byl útulný,čistý,v hezké zahradě.Parkování zdarma. Cesta na pláž přes les cca 5 až 10 min. Majitel byl vstřícný komunikace přes WhatsApp vše v pořádku. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni.

Apartmán byl klidné lokalitě, takže se musel dodržovat večerní klid, ale nevadilo to.

Kommen immer wieder

Tolle ruhige Lage, dennoch nur 200 Meter zum Meer. Privater Parkplatz. Rovinj ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Sehr netter Gastgeber der immer zu erreichen ist, tips und Infos bekommt man schnell.

Ruhige Lage neben einem Waldstück und ganz nahe zum Meer. Freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Top geplantes und ausgestattetes Appartement mit Parkplatz.

Super Unterkunft, wir kommen wieder

Sehr gute Lage, nur kurzer Weg durch einen kleines Stückchen Wald zum Strand runter. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Alles Fußläufig zu erreichen. Kleiner Supermarkt 5 Min Gehzeit entfernt. Man kann auch nach Rovinj zu Fuß gehen (ca 40 Min) oder einen kleinen "Zug" nehmen der den ganzen Tag hin und her fährt. Der Garten ist idyllisch und es ist sehr ruhig bei der Unterkunft. Schlüssel ist bei Ankunft hinterlegt, so hat man keinen Stress bei Ankunft und Abfahrt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Klima ist vorhanden und gut. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Draußen ist auch ein Wäscheständer auf dem man seine Badesachen aufhängen kann.

Das einzige was ich von anderen Unterkünften mit Küche kenne, ist das Öl/Essig und Salz/Pfeffer vorhanden ist. Aber das ist wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit

A pleasant stay in Rovinj, next to a forest and the beach…so peaceful!

We loved the location…a close walk to the beach and also at the end of a block in a nice neighborhood, and a forest was right beside our terrace, always full of singing birds. Very peaceful. The apartment was well furnished and had all that we needed for our 3 nights there. The host was very attentive to our needs and answered all questions immediately. Parking was great!

My daughter and I loved the cottage! Everything we needed for a relaxing stay by the beach. Local beach bar was great and a short walk through the woods to the beach. Terrace was so nice and private.

Wonderful place, very quiet area. You are welcomed by very friendly and kind people (whole family). The apartment which I would rather call private villa has everything you need including terrace and garden where you can have your meal and relax after sunny day on the beach, which is within 2 minutes walk from the place. If you are lucky to find this place available book it!!! you won't regret!!!
