It’s a nice place. However no elevator. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs to 2nd floor. Otherwise a great hotel. Staff also great and helpful.

I just left Lisbon this morning, heading to the next location , and I’m already missing it dearly. Since the moment I arrived the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, answering all my questions and even giving me tourist tips and ridden gems to check it out. Flávia , Giovanna, Ivaldo, Diego and Gi, were super kind to be , and we became good friends!! The owners are polite, very invested and treated me very kindly.
My room had an incredible view of the Praça da Figueira , and all the amenities were above my expectations. Also felt really safe while staying in the hotel.
The location is also something to point out. You are in the heart of Lisboa, close to all the most famous places around Lisboa, and with GREAT public transportation (once you purchase the Lisboa Card).
One detail to consider when traveling is that most hotels and places to stay are places that can’t be changed due to historical reasons, so be aware that if you are an overpacked (like Myself, lol) you will struggle a bit with your luggage going up and down the stairs.
Overall, if I have to scale the hotel - I’d ABSOLUTELY give them a 10. Worth every penny! And I’m already planning to come back!

My stay was 5 nights, I was very comfortable and enjoyed the breakfasts. The staff very helpful and so pleasant! The shared bathrooms work out well as I never had to wait.
Also metro is right there and train station close by. Recommend 100%.
