Definitely the biggest pro of this place is the location. Super close to tons of shops and restaurants. No shortage of things to do around the area that are within walking distance. I really don’t think you can beat the location.
Some cons were how noisy the area is because the location. There’s a garden bar right down from the hotel, which is great if you want to go to the garden bar, but not so great if you’re trying to go to sleep early.
The other biggest con to me was the bathroom didn’t have a door that sealed so you better be close with whoever you’re staying with.
Overall, for the price and the location, I would definitely say it’s worth a stay, but if you’re sensitive to noise at night, probably not the best place to stay

The room was smaller than expected and what is shown but we only slept in it and was out all day & evening. Friendly staff on reception but they don’t acknowledge or greet you when coming in the hotel or going out during the stay, clean rooms and maid service was in each day. Other than creeky floor boards and able to hear other guests passing the room, it was all ok, our room was located by the lift & at the top of the stairs though. Very central and just around the corner from Restauradores bus terminal, you can get the bus 722 or 744 each direction to and from the airport, only €2.30 each way. There is a supermarket underneath the hotel that serves fresh pastries & sandwiches & coffee, ideal for your breakfast and lunch before heading out for the day
