Even staff said Agoda described to charge customer more, no 24 hour service, don’t even pick up phone sometime, not clean at all, only thing I like was location.

We booked this room at the last minute because our flight was canceled. The staff was very nice and accommodated us very quickly.
The first room had mold around the windows and a very strong smell, so we asked to move to another room. The second room was cleaner.
The bathroom was okay overall, but the soap dispenser didn’t work in either room. After lunch, there was pee on the floor, and the bathroom was disgusting.
For a short stay is okay

The hotel is not easy to find initially as there is only one door that takes you to a lift once you have entered the building.
The rooms are old and unchanged from the fifties it’s seems and furniture is dated and scruffy. The place definitely needs a makeover.
The shared bathrooms are clean but shower is hard to adjust.
The man who is running the place is nice and friendly.
The saving grace of this hotel is the location which is literally in Rossio Square and close to tourist spots, restaurants and public transport.
The affordable price makes up for some of the deficiencies in the property.
