    Overall simple hotel, NO kettle, NO bottled water in the room. Paper cup provided in the toilet. it take 1 hour plus to travel by bus back to the city center. UBER is much faster to move around from this hotel. a simple gym. NO washing machine to use. Nothing to do/ eat outside this hotel. The Plus point is the breakfast, i enjoyed the egg tart ,Viennoiserie and fresh orange juice, simply delicious.

    The room was large and clean. The location was close to a shopping centre. It costed around 7 Euros by Uber to the town centre.

    Good Price but it takes a bit longer to access to the central by bus / metro. And it would be great if they also offer facial tissue in the room :) Thanks Overall, the service is good and the room is clean !!!

    Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante durante mi estancia en el hotel Ibis. Una noche fui a recepción para pedir una almohada extra y el empleado me dijo que no tenían. Sin embargo, lo realmente inaceptable fue que añadió “no damos, y quedó claro que lo decía en serio. Me pareció un comportamiento completamente inapropiado y discriminatorio. Es impactante y muy desagradable recibir este tipo de trato por parte del personal de un hotel. Este tipo de actitudes no deberían tolerarse en ningún entorno de atención al cliente. Insto a la dirección del hotel a que investigue este incidente y tome medidas para garantizar que todos los huéspedes sean tratados con respeto e igualdad. I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at the Ibis hotel. One night, I went to reception to ask for an extra pillow, and the staff member told me they didn’t have any. However, what was truly unacceptable was the way he said, “we don’t give ,” and it was clear he meant it seriously. I found this behavior extremely inappropriate and discriminatory. It is shocking and upsetting to encounter such treatment from hotel staff. This kind of attitude should not be tolerated in any hospitality environment. I strongly urge management to address this issue and ensure that all guests are treated with respect and equality.
