Great location (close to train and supermarket) and price. There is TV and AC in the room. Even if you share kitchen and bathroom with other guests it worked really well, at least for our stay. Each room gets their own space for food in the kitchen. Good communication between guests and the hostesses.
There were a problem with ants in the kitchen that seemed to worsen as the week went on. There was also a bit of mold in both bathrooms. The cleaners do not clean the kitchen utensils, so the cleanliness in the kitchen completely depends on the other guests, which was a problem during our last two days.

IT IS VALUE FOR THE MONEY ACCOMODATION AND VERY CONVINIENT LOCATION DUE TO THE BENFICA TRAIN STATIION. THIS TRAIN WILL TAKE YOU IN 10 MINUTES TO ROSIO CENTRAL STATION, WHICH IS IN THE CENTER OF LISBON.

Quiet, cozy, full kitchen, restaurants, bus line, and train station within walking distance . If you rent a car, park it, leave it and take buses or train everywhere to save on parking and gas. Free parking on the street.
Thought breakfast was available, you have to go out and buy your own food

Plenty of free parking close by
The process for arrival was unnecessarily painful and one of the occupants on the second night made the toilet rather disgusting.
