Cozy rooms in an old building, there is a shared kitchen, showers with gels, shampoo and even a hairdryer. Very nice shared veranda with local vibes to have meals. Pastry shop in the neighbouring building

The bathroom facilities and furniture are pretty old (focet, bathtub floor etc, armchair), though clean. A couple of words about the neighborhood: even though located right next to the main attractions, doesn’t feel real safe - you can see different weirdos on the street and some immigrants selling different staff. Not recommended to walk there during the late hours if you are on your own, but it is only 200-300 meters of the shady area if walking from Rossio metro station, I’d say avoid Martin Moritz metro rout. Despite, there are some 4* hotels nearby

The location was very good, within walking distance of majority of popular sights. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The street that the entrance was on was a bit sketchy and a bit loud at night. Bathroom showers were a bit run down.

Great property. I would have stayed longer, if it weren’t for the location.

The location was the only problem. I wasn’t comfortable walking about at night as a female traveler.

The accommodation is very close to a very important tourist destination in the city center and location and this great advantage.

The porch of the room we stayed in was very small, and the restaurant downstairs had a ventilation hose and was noisy until 2 o'clock at night. That was very uncomfortable. The hotel was too little to say there was no sound insulation.
