The staff were exceptional and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. They went above and beyond and truly exceeded our expectations. Even the dog and the cats made us feel like part of the family! They would occasionally visit us in our room with their funny and playful antics, always putting a smile on our faces.
The location is excellent—just a short distance from the town centre and easily accessible by Grab or taxi.
Eco Palm House Retreat is perfectly situated overlooking the spectacular rice terraces, which took our breath away. It is a peaceful and quiet place away from the noise and busy atmosphere of the town centre. The food selection was excellent, and the impressive infinity pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Watching paragliders performing their amazing tricks from our balcony was an added attraction and made the experience even more memorable.
Our stay at Eco Palm House Retreat was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam. We absolutely loved our time there, and yes, we are already planning to come back and bring the whole family next time!

The most beautiful view from the room. Absolutely enchanting. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice being outside the chaos and traffic of the town. The food in the resort was delicious and the experience ạ delight. Highly recommend
