    very clean hotel with good customer service especially Ming. Hotel a bit far from sapa station but still reachable by walking. good breakfast and the price is really good deal.

    I stayed here for two days in Sapa and loved the ambience. The hotel staff were very supportive and welcoming. Breakfast was especially memorable—the staff were so friendly and even prepared à la carte dishes like scrambled eggs and fried rice. Overall, a wonderful experience.

    The good are big, has a lot of amnesties, but the building is needed a lot of upgrades, Staffs are not as friendly or helpful compared to other hotel has have been staying. Food is ok, not great. I would not returned here
