The hotel is gorgeous and brand new. Our stay was incredibly comfortable and cozy. The staffs in the lobby and reception were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel manager and hotel director were also exceptionally kind and welcoming. The hotel manager even provided us with a breakfast buffet and allowed us to shower even we arrived too early in the morning. They also assisted us to book a car going to one of the Sapa’s tourist attraction. On our last day in the hotel, they even prepared breakfast to take with us as we left too early in the morning and the director personally assisted us with our luggage as we headed to our shuttle van. We truly appreciate all these kind-hearted gestures.

An Excellent Hotel in a Great Location
The hotel enjoys an excellent location, very close to Sapa town center, with all essential services and amenities readily available nearby. The hotel is new, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are wonderful, featuring comfortable beds, central air conditioning, and fully equipped bathrooms. Overall, it is an excellent hotel.
Staff and Service: Special thanks to the reception team, especially Ms. Lily, for her warm welcome and outstanding assistance. She was very helpful in arranging activities, organizing taxis, and making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Her hospitality truly made a difference.
A Special Note: The hotel offers an excellent and thoughtful service for guests after check-out. They provide luggage storage as well as bathroom and shower facilities, allowing guests to freshen up before leaving Sapa. This is a particularly convenient service for travelers with late departures.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and thoughtful services. With some improvements to the breakfast variety, the experience would be even better.
The breakfast selection does not quite match the quality and luxury of the hotel. Although a chef prepares eggs in different styles and Asian dishes, I would recommend adding more variety to the menu to enhance the overall experience.
