    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel and would definitely book this place again when we return to Sapa. We would also recommend it to our friends and family! What made our stay so fantastic was the exceptional service from the friendly front desk staff (Wendy, Chau, and Leon). At every point of our stay, we were treated so warmly and well taken care of. The facilities were also amazing. We arrived in Sapa after getting off a sleeper train, and as our rooms werent ready yet, the hotel had a shower and rest area where we could freshen up. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of us. We genuinely wish we could have stayed longer, and we will definitely be back if we visit Sapa again!

    I am beyond grateful for the hotel staff's warm welcome and thoughtfulness. After a long day of exploring Sapa, I was surprised by a knock on my door. I wasn't expecting them to know it was my birthday, and they even gave me a letter and a cake. Shoutout to the two lovely ladies at the front desk. Both of them were amazing and helpful. ❤️❤️❤️

    Superb stay. Good location close to Sun Plaza and Sapa Square . Delicious food at 50% discount for guests. Friendly and helpful staff. Many shops and restaurants around the area. Definitely value for money.
