An exceptional experience! The hospitality was outstanding, and every staff member was professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They made me feel like part of a family from the moment I arrived. The room is good with a beautiful view overlooking the lake.
We liked the breakfast very much.
What we liked the most was the staff, they were extremely helpful. Even a ride to our bus in the morning. Thanks again.

Located on the lake side very quiet but only 3 min walk from town

The woman at the the reception was friendly and helped us with the late check in.
The room was old, smelled unpleasant, and definitely needed renovation.
The bathroom was rusty and not nice at all.
The pictures didn’t match the actual room.
There was no room service, and the room was only cleaned after we asked for it.
