HeLLo Sapa Hotel

Perfect location as it is near and central to basically everything. This is family run hotel and the owner Mrs. Mia upgraded my room and I appreciate this so much! Beddings and linen were all clean and comfortable. There is also a bahn mi store in front of the hotel which is the best I've had in Vietnam. Breakfast is a fixed menu, and it was tasty. Overall, location and value for money is unbeatable.

The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom layout - an enclosure or curtain could help in keeping the other areas of the bathroom dry after showering.

Receptionists are very kind. The TV was broken and they changed it the next day. We had a bus pick us up late at night and they let us leave our luggage and stay there.

We were staying in the 5th floor and seems the owner with a baby are upstairs…. So many noises from that…. Mmm a few things need maintenance… shower a bit broken… water everywhere…

Mrs.Mia is the absolute loveliest!! I had a nice stay with a very clean and comfortable room, and the omelette for breakfast was one of the best I’ve had during my time here. Mrs.Mia really went above and beyond to help me with my trip making sure someone was there when I arrived from a bus after midnight, booking buses and helping me with luggage storage for my trek - on a rainy morning, she also made sure I grabbed an umbrella they provided before heading out!! I can recommend this place enough.

I have only good things to say about my experience here!

Property is small but clean. Host are super helpful, always with a smile. Location is very good. Breakfast taste awesome.
