Kelly at reception was amazing. Easy to understand, very helpful, very friendly. Our room was great. Comfortable, clean, and able to adjust the AC or fan to our needs. We also swam in the small pool, which was very refreshing. The location is wonderful. Easy to walk into the old quarter. Always love Hoi An, and Thanh Van 1 was the perfect place to stay!!

Fantastic service, breakfast was convenient, and the price was great. The room wasn’t ideal for my family only because the bathrooms are see through and the air conditioner in the room was directed straight at one of the beds. The water for the shower was either piping hot or not warm at all.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are amazing! We stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect for what we wanted. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we booked tours and transfers through the hotel which were a great price and so well organised. Thank you to the reception staff for all of your help.
Would highly recommend for someone looking for a hotel that is clean and in a great location
