Lion King Hotel

Mrs Flower welcomed us with Banh Mi from the famous Maddam Khanh for free. This hotel was a huge upgrade for us as we made the right choice to move in this hotel. We had noise problem from our previous hotel and I am glad that we didn't hear the busy street at night. The room is clean and well matained. To add, we are glad to have a smart tv with YouTube premium inside the room. The location is very convenient as there are mini marts across the street and just a few minutes away from old town, hoi an market and night market. The staffs are very kind and always greet us with huge smiles. We didn't encounter any language barrier as Mrs Flower and her husband are fluent in English. The only thing to note is the bathroom. I don't know if our room has the same layout with the other rooms but the bathroom is only being separated with a curtain. I wish there is a door and wall that separates the room properly than just a curtain but it didn't affect our stay since I am staying with my family. But still I would recommend this hotel.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Robert is really helpful and kind. He made us feel welcome and homey. He introduced a lot of nice places and restaurants that you definitely need to try out. Save us a lot of time. The hotel is really clean and comfortable. Just walking distance from the old town and we can get everything we need around. Will definitely come back again.

Robert and his wife truly showed us the best of Hoi An hospitality. They greet us everytime we return to and head out of the hotel, and also provided a HUGE list of recommendations on what is good to eat, buy, or look in the area. They also provide good prices if you would like to arrange for day tours (e.g. My Son Sanctuary) or performance tickets (e.g. Hoi An Memories show). They also offer very reasonable rates for transport to and fro Hoi An and Da Nang. Service-wise, they cannot be beat. Even all the staff working for them are always friendly and greet us with a great smile. It really made me feel safe and welcome, and I would be so glad to stay with Lion King Hotel again when I come to Hoi An again. Also, it is right outside Old Town, so you get to miss the crowd and the noise yet is in close proximity. There are food options nearby and two mini-marts right beside, so you will be well taken of if you're too tired to walk through Old Town. Certain things to take note of though: - There is no elevator. The staff will help you carry your luggage (suitcase, bags, whatever) to your room. However, for people with mobility issues, please take note that you will need to climb at least one flight of stairs. - One single door that swings between shower and toilet. Honestly a very creative design. Maybe this is just for my room (Double Bed for Two), so do double-check if you are booking a similar type of room and are travelling with someone where such an arrangement will be awkward. I think everything else is perfect, and I fully understand why everyone raves about this place. It really is delightful and I will recommend it to everyone I know who's heading to Hoi An!

The hotel was exceptional in their service. The rooms were clean and had great amenities. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, close enough to Old Town without the noise. Would recommend anyone booking this hotel without a second thought.
