    Koh Tao is an incredible island with a vibrant, energetic nightlife, but that energy can often bring late-night noise. The Tarna Align Resort offers the perfect solution, situated just far enough from the main strip to guarantee a quiet, restful night's sleep. Reaching the action is simple, whether you take an easy 14-minute walk or hop on the hotel’s convenient shuttle bus. Built directly into a steep cliff, the resort rewards guests with magnificent, sweeping views. However, this hillside location comes with steep surrounding roads and numerous stairs within the property, which could pose a challenge for anyone with knee or mobility issues. The accommodations are spacious, beautiful, and kept exceptionally clean throughout the stay. One of the absolute highlights is booking a room with direct access to a shared pool—used by only three rooms—which offers a pristine spot to swim while taking in the stunning surroundings. The combination of well-appointed spaces, tranquility. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its stellar team. The staff members are remarkably attentive, warm, and dedicated to making every guest feel remembered and cared for. Special shout-outs go to Pancake, Earin, Nawtan, and Toptap, as well as the rest of the incredible team whose names slipped my mind; every single one of them delivered outstanding service. Between the sensational views, comfortable rooms, and top-tier hospitality, it is a wonderful place to stay on Koh Tao

    I’ve stayed at the Tarna three times and it remains one of the better hotels in Koh Tao. Facilities well maintained and clean, beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious. Breakfast is decent. There are many pools at The Tarna but just a small one and a dive training pool (which is used a lot by divers) for the guests who didn’t reserve rooms with the private pool access. Water pressure and AC very good. Cons are that the rooms are very dark due to limited lighting options at night. Also, the shower and toilet stalls are completely enclosed by glass so there is almost no privacy when in use. The Tarna is up a steep hill from Sairee Beach and all rooms require ascending long staircases. Staff are very helpful and nice.

    Located on hillside. Difficulty in walking to restaurants and back to hotel. No restaurant in night at the hotel.

    I thought it’s not gonna be far away from the beach But they do have a service to take you up and down, but they have only some certain timings for that However, you need to pay more if you want to request I don’t know it must be around 100bhat for one person The people are nice though the breakfast is decent As for the prize, I think it’s not worth it because I paid around ฿***for a night And I’ve changed different rooms. I stayed there for three days. I’ve stayed around May But I would not recommend this to anyone Good for the families, but not good for the divers as you probably need to rent a bike and go to your dive Centre every day
