Excellent location, on the middle of everything. This is were you want to stay for sightseeing, shopping and dining. And most tours depart within a few steps. The view from the windows and the terrace is great. It is a super busy location all day and night, but noise isolation is good, so once you close the windows you don’t hear anything. It is an old building, but well maintained while keeping its traditional look. They had made a great job at making the interior a comfortable place. If I have to be picky: 1. the shower is not that big and the curtain tends to move inwards, leaving you little space. 2. The window blinds let some light in, specially in the morning.

Amazing, personalized service! We were greeted upon arrival and were given an overview of all aspects of the apartment plus personalized recommendations of restaurants and activities. Breakfast was included at a local restaurant and was delicious! The location was perfect - right along the Riva Promenade with beautiful views and so close to everything. In addition to included amenities, we were provided help with luggage storage outside of our stay and help getting to our ferry. This property has high reviews for a reason. If it’s available, stay here while in Split!

The property manager was an excellent host. He went above and beyond. Helped us with our every need. So friendly. The bed was so comfortable especially after a day of walking. So close to everything. I would highly recommend for a fun island experience. The room and balcony were every clean.

Roko was an incredible host and this property is exactly where you want to stay to be in the middle of all the action in Split. Walkable to absolutely everything. Yes it is on the main strip which gets busy in the day, but the suite itself is quiet and comfortable. Plus the rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing. Views of sunrise and sunset. If we come back to split we will definitely be looking to stay here again and recommending it to all our friends. Thank you Roko for being such an amazing host!!

OMG the best location ever! Right in the center of the Riva with the only rooftop terrace on the strip. Best view when drinking your coffee or wine! Walk to everything. So worth it! We were there for victory day. The firework were literally outside our window. Can’t find a better location.

Where do I start! Every aspect of the place and the service made our stay absolutely wonderful. Roko, the property manager answered any texts within minutes. He was beyond helpful. They thought of everything to make our sty perfect. I do have to mention the views which were amazing.

Roko was amazing. He helped us with our luggages, gave great advice on Split and helped arrange our airport transfer at short notice. Excellent service with a smile, thank you Roko. The suite's location is unbeatable. Double windows kept the noise out. Suite was cleaned daily. Downsides: do note you need to walk up/down flights of stairs. The bed was too soft (my personal preference for firm mattress).

This is a beautiful boutique hotel right in the perfect area in Split. The room itself is lovely and the host has provided amenities to make the stay very comfortable. Right outside the door is the harbor with a beautiful promenade, restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this property and will stay here again next time we are in Split.

This property is a hidden gem of the Riva Promenade. Waking up to the sun shining on the harbour was the perfect way to start the day before touring the beautiful city of Split. Enjoying local Dalmatian wine on the terrace at sunset will be a memory I will cherish forever. Roko’s hospitality was refreshing and greatly appreciated. He went out of his suggest a variety of different sites around town and the best dining spots. I also appreciated how friendly and responsive he was for pre-arrival text communications. Imbedded in a part of history, Riva Suites are a must stay.
