The room was very comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well (Thankfully!). The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is superb. Very central, yet I was never disturbed by noise.
The bathroom was very compact, but did the job. There is no lift, but the staff are very helpful with luggage. It was not an issue for me.

Fun to be in the city walls!
We had two rooms with our family of six and I didn’t love that we weren’t even in the same building. A bit hard to find too!

Great location and helpful staff. Walking distance to most things in old town. The view was great.
