Location, location & location … it’s clean & small . Also she provided us with some coffee sachets which was really convenient… clean bedroom!! Opens Right on the street with 2 beautiful bars nearby …plenty of restaurants … close to everything … 5-7 minutes from dock , bus stand & almost everything. Really enjoyed the city because of good location of the room .

Fantastic location! Couldn’t ask for a better area, and the host was so helpful! Quick replies for everything and a seamless check in/ out. Room was sitting in perfect order for us :) aircon was amazing

As the name says it’s Cozy, the room is very small for 2 people and a suitcase but for a short stay this is ok. As noted it’s central so the noise levels are loud- we had some people knocking our door at 2am and others trying the pinpad a different night but again expected with its location and bars just round the corner.

The apartment was modern and very clean. Shower had great water pressure and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

The apartment is right around the corner from two bars/clubs. There was loud music and yelling until way past midnight every night (both weekend and during the week). Once the music stopped, there was another hour of drunk people yelling around and talking loudly right in front of the apartment. It was a central and convenient to explore Split old town and get to boats/ferries/bus station, but would not recommend to anyone who values a quiet night for good sleep. Also take note that the apartment really is very small. That’s fair because it’s mentioned in the description but it would be difficult to even open one regular sized check-in bag in the apartment.
