The room was clean, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The hotel staff were kind and polite. I also thought the hotel's location was very nice. I recommend it.

First let me state that this experience of booking with Expedia was very good. The only issue I have with some of these Booking apps is that it is hard to get any assistance from them if there is a problem! I would have been about to give an EXCELLENT review. As most of the stay was really GREAT until the day of check out. The check in day I was very early and I was given access to a Locker (complimentary) so that I could leave my bags and return closer to check in. This was very helpful as I was really tired. Most of the stay was very good, minimal facilities but very clean and convenient. Until I requested a late check out on the last day and there was really unnecessary AGGRESSION over something that had already been negotiated. The housekeepers literally were trying to come into the room as they had not been informed, whilst I was getting dressed and ready to leave! I have an incident that I need to report and I would not choose to put all of the details in this forum or format. Until that occurred I would have said that the staff were all pretty helpful and that I would recommend this hotel for short stays as a convenient, neat location.

As expected really, very basic hotel but staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is basic but clean, no where really to store clothes except a few hangers on a rack against the wall. Very small desk and very inconvenient places for the 2 available plug sockets (1 on headboard at pillow height and 1 next to door but nowhere to sit your phone while charging)

Fantastic staff who provided a lot helpful advice. Gabriela and Denzel were particularly helpful. Overall, I had a great stay. The room was perfect, the staff were helpful, and the location was close to the main plaza with lots of great restaurant options. Highly recommend!

room was impractical, I don't mind it being small but why put the electric socket in the headboard where the pillows go?, why are the reading lights not bright enough to read by?, why is the washbasin so tiny. Only clothes storage was 3 or 4 hangers.

The Hotel staff were all nice and helpful. We had a ground floor room on the front of the hotel - never again. People stood outside our window smoking and talking until 3.30am in the morning. For the price, it would have been helpful to have had tea and coffee facilities in your room, however, there was a vending machine in reception which you could pay for. I would stay again, but only with a quieter room.

Ithr hotel is close to the historic center. The staff was great with recommendations and accommodations. The room is very simple and clean. The price for a week was great. I would highly recommend it for the buget friendly seeking traveller.

Although this hotel lacks charm and the lobby and hallways look worn, the room is spacious and clean and the staff very friendly. The location is great: walking distance to the Escher and the Mauritshuis Museums, to the shopping area and the Central train station.

The hotel room was very small, and only a glass wall with glass door not even reaching the roof separated the bathroom from the sleeping area. No privacy at all. For a similar price we could have gotten a much better (and bigger) room at a different hotel.

This was the second time I stayed in the hotel. I like it for its location -- about 20 minutes walk from the central train station (Den Haag Centraal), 5-10 minutes from the shops, supermarkets, restaurants in the central area. One thing I like, too, is that it is just a block away from a park where weekend markets are held and is minutes away from a station for Tram Route 1, which takes you to the beautiful town of Delft and the seaside district of Scheveningen. The area around the hotel is also good for leisure walks in the morning and evening. The staff is helpful. The room is clean (though small as you should expect).

The beds were good, the linens were nice and clean. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Tiny bathroom with shower. Love the liquid soap. One chair 2 outlet. The only thing wrong was the floor was dirty. Even after they came in to clean.
