I booked a family room due to no other rooms available on your site. This room was situated on the other side of a busy room (with a zebra crossing) which had to be crossed with our luggage we could not drive and unload. I also found out that the shower was in the bath. I cannot do that we are both in our eighties and I have a replacement hip and knee in the same leg. The hotel found us a room with twin beds and walk in shower which we used. The restaurant was across the road. The hotel were unable to help with the difference in cost of 80 euro because I had booked with Expedia.

We stayed in the renovated mill across the road from the main property. Large and comfortable room with a bath. We enjoyed the pool and particularly the jacuzzi. You can sit and watch the birds in the trees as its outside. Well located for travelling in the area.

This hotel is suitable, but rather outdated. The bathroom was large, but a bit oddly arranged. It was nice to have a family room, with two separate beds for the kids, in another room, which was the reason that I booked at this hotel. Location might be considered a bit off the beaten path, but close to some nice towns.

The man at reception was very approachable and attentive, and spoke 4 languages! The room was nice and clean, air con worked well. We ate at the Brothers pub and grill next door. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.

This is our 3rd stay at this hotel. We came first as a couple some years ago now with our son, his wife & 3 grand-daughters. They loved it, especially the swimming pool. Breakfast area was a bit too crowded around 9.a.m. The resto across the street has a playground.

We had a family room...it was large, comfortable and well air-conditioned. The pool was great to cool down in after a days traveling and my kids loved it. Close to Dinant, this hotel had everything we needed. A great stay!

Looking for a last-minute family room we came by this hotel. We were welcomed by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They support their guests with everything they are able to do. Ask the staff for travel itineraries and they will support you. The room and general facilities are clean and spacious; some rooms are opposite the street which is somewhat of a hassle carrying your luggage while cycling with a family, and walking between the dining room, terrace and pool. The general furnishing of the room is simple, but sufficient; because it is not overwhelming and clean it sets a modern atmosphere. Some general inspection, and repairs or restauration could make the general appearance even better. Good hotel, in my opinion not up to a four star rating, at great location with beautiful surroundings. The optional breakfast could be improved by offering more choice of local and organic products.

Arrived late so couldn’t make use of the facilities. The reception manager still had time to explain everything to me,even though he was due to leave .lovely swimming pool and grounds. Restaurants looked like a good menu even though I had no time to sample .breakfast was fine.check in easy as check out. Excellent value I thought. Lots for nature lovers to do around the area. Great for late check in as most places around here shut at 9pm. Here 11 pm ....
