Close to Dinant, hard to park, and the whole place reeked of smoke from the chain-smoking landlady

The flat is reasonably close to Dinant, which is convenient.

The parking on the street was difficult. The bed was small and not very comfortable. Unfortunately, the whole building—and especially our bedroom—smelt strongly of smoke. The landlady is a heavy smoker, which made the smell unavoidable.

Close to town centre. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Compact with everything you need.

We didn’t use the balcony during our stay but if we had the view isn’t great as it overlooks a supermarket car park.

Perfect stay

Property on a quiet street and we were able to park our motorcycle outside with no problem. Studio was modern and very clean. Well equipped and had a nice outdoor terrace. Just a short walk along the river from centre. Owners really friendly and helpful.

A short walk to city center along the river, plenty of free parking, no crowds, grocery store just steps away. Warm and welcoming host. Large room with nice kitchen and large terrace with a lovely mural, plenty of seats and a barbeque grill. Extremely comfortable all around. Great for a long stay in the area or a single night.

the corridors stink cigarette, it’s frightening at first because you start going up the stairs praying the the rooms don’t smell like that. but luckily enough, the rooms (apartment) is clear of that smell. you just need to close the door really quick and you’ll be fine 😅

Wonderful stay in a cozy place

Cozy studio with everything needed. Small, not to far from the center, and nice hosts. In the apartment there was everything needed for a short stay (hari dryer, towels, coffee, tea, water...)

Minor consideration: rooms are not so well isolated and we could hear people with the vacuum cleaner in the morning. But overall it was good

Wonderful European Style Dinant Stay

We loved the welcomeness, friendliness, and availability of the hosts. They do not speak English but are more than patient while we try to translate and understand everything. This is a multi floor European Flat style place with an associated terrace you can access via public stairwell.

Parking was not quite clear, was most likely the language barrier. The owner was very helpful and willing to work with us to remedy a slight parking situation.

Lovely people and lovely apartment

Chantal and Pierre are super lovely people, they helped us during our stay even on the departure day, when my boyfriend and I needed a taxi to reach our destination and unfortunately no bus could get there. The room was very comfortable and clean, the heating worked well and the kitchen was well equipped (the Delhaize in the front of the building allowed us to buy food and cook it in the room, which was is a big plus). We felt very at ease. There is also a balcony to stay outside, but unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy it. I would totally recommend to stay at Chantal & Pierre's!

The wi-fi connection is quite low, but it was not an issue for me and my boyfriend. The position is not in the very center of Dinant but it's close, it just takes to walk a bit but it's totally doable.

Stressvol, we wouden eigenlijk ergens anders gaan slapen. De accommodatie zelf was wel heel goed.

De locatie en het appartement was super!

De eigenaars hebben 1.5 uur zware en luide ruzie gemaakt. Zo luid met kloppen en dingen die vielen dat mijn dochtertje de hele avond bang was. We zijn heel laat in slaap gevallen doordat wij ons niet veilig voelden.

Superleuk!

Onze gastvrouw was Jacqueline. Heel vriendelijke persoon, aardig en zij sprak NL, grote pluspunt! Prima adres! Alles schoon, leuk ingericht, veel ruimte in de woning, alles aanwezig. Lopen tot het stadscentrum mogelijk, maar het parkeren is ook redelijk geweest, niet zo superdruk. Alleen de wifi ging moeilijk, de rest was helemaal goed.

Verzoek om extra deken was niet doorgegeven. Maar gelukkig was de verwarming prima.

Bel emplacement dans petite rue typique

Emplacement parfait à 10 minutes du centre ville, équipé d'une petite terrasse avec barbecue , Jacqueline nous a accueillie chaleureusement très sympathique avec de bons conseils appartement au top on se sent vraiment comme à la maison , parking gratuit à 100 mètres.

Prima, aanrader.

Schoon en nette studio op de tweede verdieping, alle basis benodigdheden aanwezig. Heerlijk balkonnetje, s’ ochtens beetje fris, maar s’ middags met een zonnetje heerlijk warm. Ca 10 min lopen naar centrum Dinant, Supermarkt om de hoek, gratis parkeren op ca 100 m, tankstation op ca 500 m.

Helaas werkte de Wifi op tweede verdieping niet wel op de eerste en beneden. Het bed was voor ons iets te stug.

Ideal für ein Wochenende

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Dame im Erdgeschoss. Die Lage war sehr zentrumsnah, Parkplätze und Supermarkt fussläufig. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Bad sehr geräumig. Ideal für ein Wochenende.

Kommunikation mit Vermietern vorab wirkte sehr schroff. Haben sie auch nicht kennengelernt. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Im Flur und in der Wohnung roch es stark nach einer Mischung aus Zigarettenrauch, Parfüm und scharfem Putzmittel. Mussten deshalb die Fenster immer offen lassen.

Klein maar fijn op 20 minuten loopafstand van Dinant

Een hele vriendelijke eigenaresse die ons hartelijk heeft ontvangen. Het is fijn dat onze hond ook welkom was. Het appartement is heel erg schoon. Het terras is fijn, maar je kijkt helaas tegen een binnenmuur aan. Op de kamer blijft het redelijk koel, ook zonder ventilator en met 27 graden buiten. Op 100m afstand ligt een parkeerplaats waar je gratis kan parkeren en het centrum is ongeveer 20 minuten lopen. Helemaal niet erg zo langs het water. Delhaize ligt dichtbij als je even zelf wat eten wilt halen.

Het bed was voor ons te klein, ook al hebben we een normaal postuur. We zijn wel allebei vrij lang (1.75 en 1.90). Koelkast hebben wij snachts uitgezet omdat deze af en toe best wat geluid maakt, maar dat is persoonlijk ivm licht slapen.

La signora Jacqueline é stata dolcissima! Pur non parlando lei l’inglese e non sapendo noi benissimo il francese, é stato bello comunicare con lei un po’ in italiano e un po’ in francese. Stanza spaziosa e accogliente.

onze fiets kon veilig in de garage staan, de locatie was op loopafstand van het centrum. klein balkonnetje (zonder uitzicht) douche was bprima.

we vonden het in het appartement een beetje naar sigaretten rook ruiken

La maison est située dans un quartier bucolique, l'appartement est bien agencé, propre et confortable. La terrasse est chouette pour le petit déjeuner ... et autres Il y a un parking gratuit à 50m Le centre ville est à 10 min à pieds soit le long de la Meuse ou les petites rues
