Nice, but with bad sound isolation

Cozy and simple.

Well, at the zero floor is moderately loud bistro. Walls has poor sound isolation, so you can hear neighbours from other room quite easy. This place is definitely not for families, but more for party goers.

Budget-friendly option

Nice view over the river, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The room was quite spacious. There was a fridge, kettle with some tea bags and a coffee machine in the hallway, which was very convenient.

The room doesn't feel very cozy, it was cold when we arrived and there is quite some noise from the street that is in front of the room (and also the pub, but since we visited in winter there weren't many people there). It wasn't fully clean, there were some hairs in the bathroom when we arrived. But overall still tolerable for the price, if you ask me.

Great place to stay.

Wasn't sure what to expect. Old property with steep stairs. However, became used to it and would recommend.

Stairs. Still a bit different from norm and in a strange way was enjoyable. Long walk into town by side of river but at least helped keep me fit.

Lovely little hotel in a great location

Conveniently located for a walk into Dinant. Free parking outside and a nice little bar below. Lovely location overlooking the river with looming rocks to the back. Tea, coffee and kettle available.

Due to the shape of the old property, private bathroom down the corridor from the room. Very steep stairs up to the rooms.

Simple, budget friendly, pleasant accomodation.

All together very good value for money. It was very quiet at night (I had the room with the garden view, not on the street), good black out cutrains and plenty of space to leave luggage. I was there on a particularly hot day and the temperature of the room was very pleasant (cool) despite the heat outside and the lack of airconditioning. Ample of tea and coffee available in the hallway. Nice outdoor seating area to have a drink of picnic dinner and nice little garden. I came by bike and was able to store it safely close to the accomotation. The host speaks Dutch, English and French (possibly even more languages, I did not ask), and responded quickly when I asked for recommendations.

The shower was separate from the room, which was not ideal but a minor inconvenience. The mattress felt a bit plastic which can be unpleasant in the heat, but I genereally slept quite well so it was not a major problem. The location is a little bit out of the centre, but if you dont mind a 30 minute walk you are in the city centre. Alternatively there were many Bolt scooters outside the accomodations which would take you to the centre in 5-10 minutes.

Excellent place to stay with a lovely river view

This was an excellent place place - and the host is the best! He was very helpful and even went ahead and helped me out above and beyond the stay's requirements. The place is about a 30 minute walk away from central Dinant. Now - I for one liked that aspect as it was right on the river, with a lovely river view, and was away from the buzz of the central city. The walk to Dinant by the river is also very lovely. The WiFi - the signal was quite weak in the room, but then again, I am not in Dinant for the WiFi :) . That said - am sure a couple of Mesh Wifi Systems would solve this. Be careful of a rather steep set of stairs which are rather small in size - would be quite difficult for someone with a walking problem. Overall - an excellent place with room for some minor improvements

Great location, clean rooms, reasonable price.

Nice location near the river. Rooms are basic but clean, bathroom is shared, but spotless. It helped that that night we were the only guests in that corridor, so sharing was not a problem. Would book again.

Good contact with the contact person. The accommodation was good for staying 1 day 1/2. So it would be great for a backpacker who is planning to stay for a day or two.

Cozy hotel close to the centrum of Dinant

The hotel has a nice facility with a cozy bar at the entrance. Nice place to sit outside and offers a free parking in front of the hotel. The room is nicely decorated.

Quiet and affordable, 25 mins walk to the center

Was very quiet eventhough the road is right in front of it. I felt safe, it is very important for solo travelers. Also the room was great with everything I needed, there was even a fridge in the common area, for this price the place is just amazing, they really should charge more 😃 If I am back to Dinant, I will definitely get back to Panama. And the food at their bistro, OMG, I ordered a steak and it was spectacular

Lovely light room with a great view of the river from the bedroom. Good facilities. Tea and coffee free and drinks in the fridge. Bathroom and shower spacious and clean.

The bathroom was not next to the bedroom but down a corridor. Not ideal if you need the toilet in the middle of the night.

Exceptional

The staff was very friendly and the café downstairs had very polite personnel...the room had a wonderful view on the Maas,on 50m from the famous rock. The café closed around midnight and from then it was really quiet...we had a relaxing sleep in a great bed...recommended in any possible way! 5 stars!!!
