We love to stay in Aquatel. There is many sport's activities for fun, Nice and kind servants. Next corner was a restaurant with good food. Our breakfast was quite good on French style. We love it. There was issue with taxi, we could not speak French, and hotel servant helped us.

Very good, very comfortable

The room is very clean, the staff was also very hospitable, even give us tips and discounts as well. The room is also equipped with what we need for 3 days of stay, it is also located just beside the endpoint of the Kayak experience which was very good. 10min drive to Dinant Center which is very good. We will definitely visit again in the future!

it could get a little bit loud in the evening if there is a school tour on your visit. But overall it is fine.

Dissapointing

The staff was friendly and helpfull. The room is okay. I like the microwave and fridge in the hall.

Noisey fan from the toilet light (neighbors), it was constantly turned on. Smell from the sewage, very smelly. And other guests were making noise untill late (poor isolation between rooms)

The hotel is located in a quiet place outside Dinant so if you are travelling by car you will find it easy to stay here and cycle/walk/drive to Dinant. The beds were decent and the room was clean. Ideal for a group of friends.

These are very small things and really couldn’t expect more in the price, but if other people in the neighbouring rooms get in later in the night, you can hear them quite loudly while they walk through the hallway to their room. The bathrooms exhaust isn’t that great. Also, if you are more than 3 people, it takes a long time for everyone to get ready as there’s just 1 bathroom with attached toilet.

The rooms were very clean and well maintained. They offer a range of outdoor activities like kayaking and stuff but we couldn't do anything as it was non-season. The hotel is right beside the Anseremme train station and also has huge parking space.

I would have been better if the temporary staff present at the reception had been more informed about the to-do activities in the city. There were maintainance works in progress on the railway lines so didn't have proper train connectivity on the weekend of our visit and also the replacement buses were not frequent. Would be easier if you have your own vehicle

Perfect for a short stay for a group with a car

Room was exactly like on the pictures. The beds were very comfortable. the room has very high sealing, which allow also to the people sleeping in the upper part of the room to be able to walk straight without any problem.

The location of the hotel is a bit sad, especially during winter time. You need a car to move around and reach the center. The corridor is quite small and you might hear noise from people passing by.

Disappointing😒

The layout of the room was excellent with 3 single beds in the loft and one double bed down stairs. There was a microwave, fridge and kettle to use. The decor and light in the room was excellent.

I really wanted to like this place. It looked so nice. However, the walls were paper thin. You could hear everything and not just from the room next door. There were party goers coming home at 4 AM and families making noise even after 10 PM. Another problem is that the windows could not be opened properly. Of the 3 windows only one could be cracked not even opened properly. The toilet stank the whole time and since there was no window in the bathroom it came into the bedroom. The clip to hold the shower up did not exist making it very hard to shower. And finally, the heating was centrally controlled with no way to turn it up or down in the room. Oh and the bathroom had no heating.

The hotel has a complementary coffee and thee corner, next to the rooms. There was a group of guest starting to take coffee at 7 am on Sunday, talking and talking on the coffee machine therefore they waked us up that early.

The rood was very dark no lights at all, no reception, no signs, i ended up at a house in front of the hotel which i almost got in a fight with the owner cause i was asking where the hotel is, and seems that i was not the first one asking, therefore the owner was already upset and start yelling at almost hit me on my head with glass bottle, then someone came after i spent 15 min driving all over the place to find the hotel and guided me to my room, where he could not find the key, so had to stay outside withe my wife for another 20min for them to make calls and get someone to tell them where the key is, then the toilet and the shower was not working only gives hot water, so could not rest a bit and just left early in the morning and will not come again, its not a hotel, its a BARN
