Apartment was clean and tidy everything you would need. People above our room was loud and noise was horrific however the guy on the desk tried multiple times to shut them up before moving us rooms. Both men on the reception desk was lovely and helped us with anything we needed.

This is by far the most DISGUSTING hotel I have ever been to! The toilet seat literally fell off the toilet. The floors were disgusting. The complex of this hotel is actually some sort of migrant housing- where residents are hanging clothing outside windows and they congregate outside the lobby all night. Totally disgusting and unsafe feeling. Staff look surprised that you’re there. Doesn’t even feel like a hotel. I had to buy shampoo and conditioner for the room. Worst stay ever!!!! Do NOT DO IT!

I really enjoyed this property and would stay again, the only thing is that my door couldn’t completely shut when leaving the room, so it felt like some things were a bit outdated. But i loved the balcony and atmosphere.

Convenient. Clean. Good place to stay in overnight if you have to be at CDG airport early in the morning. However, it’s far from any convenience stores or restaurants so if you would like to buy anything small (e.g. a bottle of milk), you’d probably have to take an Uber.

The property is very far out of central Paris. I don't recommend if you came to site see. It's actually an apartment complex - ideal if you are there for long term. We spent 2 hours in a cab each day to go site see.

The check was too long and no communication from the desk whilst we waited over one hour.

When I came to first there was no parking. Check in counter there was only one lady, there were atleast 5 customer ls waiting to be checked in. You could see the lady was so stressed, taking really really long. It almost took 1 hr wait until I got my turn to check in and I was the 2nd in queue. Rooms were smelling of smoke, we booked 2 rooms for 6 people with kids , they didn’t rooms together. Given in 2 different blocks. Their breakfast is €15, don’t even go there. There was hardly anything in that breakfast. Its not even worth €5. Total Rip off. Communication is very poor.

Have stayed here several times in the past. This time we got charged a deposit. No airport shuttle service like it had before etc ., And they are charging for breakfast croissants and coffee. Used to be an amenity. The attendant at desk was nice and helpful.

On arrival the hotel lobby looks smart, on check in we were asked for 250€ surety for breakages. Any onto the room, mindful that I could be hit with a bill, I checked the apartment thoroughly. There a number damages to the room which I photographed to be on the safe side. Considering that the rooms have to be sanitized for Covid etc, there was mold on the tiles in the bathroom, items in the waste basket. As we arrived late and had the train journey from hell up to Charles de Gaulle, we were too tired to make a fuss. Both the sink and bath did not have plugs in.The beds were two singles pushed together and were not comfortable, I had feeling I was going to fall out through the night.I guess if you are working up there and need an apartment to cook and relax in, this would be okay if the above issues are addressed. Would I stay there again, probably not

Great concept apt hôtel for family. The French buffet breakfast is very nice. Our room smelt cigaret smoke and furnitures has stained that probably can not be removed. Walls are not soundproof. But the price is very good. Free parking is a plus. They charged my card twice. I hope they will refund me.
