The property had a good location and is cheap compared to the other hotels but has been going downhill for a number of years.
When I stayed there was a water leak, no hot water for 2 days, tasteless breakfast, depressed staff, had one shower with brown water after the leak was fixed and eventually moved hotels for the last night of my stay.

We’ve stayed here a dozen times, but won’t visit again. It’s just too run down. The staff aren’t interested, it costs €14 for two on an unfindable shuttle and then they stick you for €10 olympics tax plus 15€ x 2 for an utterly inedible breakfast. Totally uninterested staff, awful dried up food, NOTHING replenished and industrial litre jam containers without the dispensers. Ask why there’s no eggs? Oh! Thirty minutes later, some powdered egg, omelette type things. Awful.
This place has gone to the dogs and add €42.50 for the taxes and inedible unclean breakfast, plus a €14 non findable shuttle EACH way and it’s a non starter. We WONT be back.
Pay a bit more and stay right in terminal. You’ll thank me for this advice.

Bedroom was OK
There was no shampoo or body wash in the shower cubicle. The only toiletries were placed near the washbasin, which you can’t reach while showering. When I asked reception, they told me that in a 3-star hotel they don’t provide toiletries in the shower cubicle.
The bar shown in the pictures is misleading. There is no staff at the bar, and if you want a drink you have to find someone in the kitchen. They serve you only when they have time, and drinks come from the kitchen bar, not the actual bar area.
The TV in the bar constantly switches off every hour, and you have to ask reception to turn it back on. Most of the time they are too busy, so the TV just stays off.
There is very little choice for vegetarians. I ordered a margherita pizza and it was inedible. The staff member who brought it over literally dropped it on the table and walked off. No salt, pepper, or pizza oil was provided.
During my five-day stay, they served hot vegetarian hash browns only once. All other days the options were mainly meat.
Overall, this hotel feels more like a 2-star property, not a 3-star.

Restaurant is not good at all and the staff of the restaurant was not working and we had to clean up our table ourselves...Besides, the buffet was very disappointing not to say anything else compared to any other French restaurant..and on top of all that we were charged the full price of a wine bottle when we asked for a pichet...
The bathroom also had mould in the shower and the room had a smell..

Excellent soundproofing from the outside; despite being close to the airport, no noise from take-offs or landings can be heard. The staff were welcoming and very kind, the breakfast offered a wide variety, and services were prompt and efficient.
The bathrooms could use some attention, as there is a strong odor in the room caused by the air recirculation system of the plumbing. Additionally, some mold and peeling plaster are visible between the shower tiles. The shower faucets themselves also show significant signs of wear.

It’s a big hotel but it needs a lot of love. The carpet is old. This sample is so big for nothing in a big space like that. Why don’t you guys have a swimming pool and give him more of a X factor Love? There’s a lot of work to be done.
The paint are very old when you enter the place the vending machine is too pricey. The restaurant the food is disgusting. You’ve got too much space where you can put a swimming port even if it’s a free star hotel it could be better. The room is okay the shampoo is too cheap. I would not recommend anybody to come in.

My stay at the Campanile Paris CDG (Roissy-en-France) Hotel was an absolute nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place at all costs. From the moment we arrived, the staff was shockingly unwelcoming. The receptionist didn’t even bother to greet us, standing there silently until we spoke first—completely unprofessional. The room was utterly disgusting; the carpet was filthy and the overwhelming stench was so bad we had to keep the windows open just to breathe. There was no air conditioning either. The kitchen buffet was another low point—the staff member in charge was incredibly rude and dismissive when we asked simple questions about how it worked, making us feel like a burden. Overall, the entire experience was dreadful, with rude, unhelpful staff and a poorly maintained property. Save your money and stay somewhere else! It's not worth it!

Perfect location for transit travelers. Good connection to airport
Staff need to be more punctual and attentive. We were told that the reception will be functional 24 hours. At 4 am in the morning we wanted to book a taxi to airport. No one at reception answered the phone for 10 minutes. Finally I went down to reception, found out the on duty receptionist and requested him to book a taxi.
The hotel provides shuttle service only to Terminal 2. We had our Swiss air flight from Terminal 1, so we needed to book a cab. This was not mentioned on website

they overcharged us, their website is outdated and needs to be updated. we waited for an hour for the shuttle to take us to the hotel and came to our attention there was a gap of times. prices and shuttle times not correct. staff rude and lied about taxi prices, one of the girls is related to the taxi driver and overcharged us then what their sign said inside the hotel. staff very rude and does not help or answer questions

Price though they were published they had free shuttle but we had to pay. Also shuttle doesn't take you anywhere near your terminal and just tell you take the shuttle which was on the other end of the terminal you are dropped off at.
The room had a large area of rug that was sticky and dirty to the point we had to put towels down. We were too tired to complain and change room..The mini bar was stocked but with high priced items $4.00 for small water. Etc..

Confirmation contained incorrect directions for shuttle service, resulting in high stress and wasted hours at the airport, plus late check-in and insufficient sleep. Did not answer email enquiry for shuttle instructions and reservations days in advance of arrival. Did not answer telephone.
Room was double twin beds instead of the double bed that was reserved. Soap in bathroom, but no toiletries. Shuttle service overbooked.

The Pink Line information on Booking.com was not updated at all. I walked kilometers around in CDG airport, and finally waiting for a shuttle for an hour with illegal taxis scouting for victims.
Had a terrible and stressful start of my stay.
Staff was not super forthcoming when I explained my experience.
Was forced to checkout earlier than I wanted, otherwise I had no economic way of getting back to CDG. The new shuttle service stops at 09:00 in the morning :/
