The rooms were clean, the hotel was accessible to several amenities and highways and the staff members friendly, but being in the hospitality industry, the front desk staff should have known not to verbalize the other guests names and room number in the presence of other guests.

Check in time was at 4pm. I immediately checked in at 4pm but after waiting several minutes to get taken care off I was informed that my room wasn’t ready. Then there was a huge line of people waiting to get checked in as well and everyone was getting told the same thing that their rooms weren’t ready yet. I got my room roughly at about 430p.
Though, I paid for 6 people and had requested for a very clean room as I was staying with kids. That definitely didn’t end up happening. The sofa bed had crumbs and Cheerios on the sheet which meant it was clearly not changed or cleaned. The desk had coffee stains it as well. Then one of the bed sheets had lipsticks stains on it which made me question if the sheets had even been changed so then I told the housekeeping person which happened to be cleaning the room across from mine so he politely apologized and gave me the sheet so I can change it myself. I also told him I paid for the room for 6 people so I needed 6 towels not just 4 so he gave me the extra 2.
Then before going to sleep I called the front desk about not having pillows for the sofa-bed so I was told to go downstairs and pick them up in which of course I didn’t do. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Barely got any sleep as the people upstairs were jumping so much and the beds were very uncomfortable. Floors aren’t sound proof whatsoever. Both beds were squeaking so badly every time we even slightly moved while on them. It seriously felt if the bed was gonna break down on us while we were laying on it. We were in room 327.
In addition their pool water looked so dirty. It was very cloudy and the water was also extremely cold.
Also, In the lobby the “hot water” for the tea was ice cold. Definitely not a good experience and I left very disappointed.
