Neighborhood was sketchier than expected after my pre-booking research. On our initial arrival to the nearest subway station, watched a woman get pickpocketed as we exited to the street (her husband caught the guy and got her phone back after I pointed the culprit out), then we were accosted across the street by some intimidate us into a position where they could steal from us (didn’t work). But once we arrived at the hotel, the property was lovely, the front desk staff was very nice and quickly got us checked in and off to our room. Just avoid arriving at night and it should be perfectly safe.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. The reception staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance to the midi train station and The Grand Place. Being close to the trian station the area immediately surrounding the hotel is rundown and felt unsafe. We did not go out after dark.

Hotel advertised as a “luxury” hotel and was a super 8/basic holiday inn hotel at best. No premium linens, toiletries, or impressive entry/waiting or or check in process to be seen or experienced . Asked to speak to a manager and was told by front desk that here is an email address to whom you can contact and no manager on premises at a “luxury” hotel. Area around the hotel was terrible with bums sleeping and passed out in front and other individuals witnessed peeing on the wall across the street from hotel. Would not recommend , especially as a family with kids.

The hotel was very nice and the beds were super comfy. The rooms were very clean also. We liked the decorations and ambiance in the hotel as a whole. The neighborhood was a little interesting. The look of the hotel online didn't seem like it fit in the neighborhood it was in. We were not in the area for a long period of time, it was just an overnight stay and then we were on to the next destination, so it was all good for the time we were there.

It was okay but keep in mind it’s a family-oriented hotel so you’ll definitely hear your neighbors walls are really thin. Cleanliness wasn’t great the bathroom smelled strongly of urine and there were questionable marks on the walls. The cleaning staff does come by but they mostly just refill toiletries and make the bed don’t expect a deep clean.

The hotel itself was perfect, especially the family room (we had a room for 5) which was spacious and clean. The staff were lovely. It was a 5 minute walk to the Midi train station and 15-20 minute walk to the Grand-Place, which was also very convenient. However, the area in which the hotel is situated is very dirty, with piles of trash in the streets. There was also quite a bit of loud construction in the area. We would not have felt safe walking back to the hotel at night in this area (and were specifically advised not to), which did limit our evening plans.

Staff super friendly. 15 minute walk to the city centre, and the area in general was a bit mixed with roadworks and people hanging about. Good meal at the restaurant immediately next door. The hotel was horrible. They have guests that wander around at all hours of the night drinking and vaping, doors slamming. Two employees were screaming at each other in the lobby. Would not recommend.

The Comic theme was very unique, which we loved. We had the 6 person unit and found it very comfortable for our group of 5. The weather was very warm during our visit & the air conditioning had a hard time cooling the room.

The property was amazing for my family which included 6 yr old triplets. The room was immaculate and had a queen bed for my wife and I and the other room had 2 separate bunk beds with reading lights and power ports. My kids loved it. Also a play area in the lower level with arcade games and building blocks. I would definitely come back and stay here again if ever in Brussels.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. There are individual paid lockers for luggage storage which were convenient and safe. We had a family room with parents and children separated by sliding barn-style doors. The only quibble was the washroom was through the parents room, the main portion separated by a frosted (not opaque) sliding door, so not ideal if travelling with teens. But it was only one night for us, so manageable. A short walk from Brussels Midi and to the tram station, or walkable to the Grand-Place and area.

If you’re coming by car avoid this place Thay don’t actually have parking or charging available (it is “fully booked”) area is scary to walk. Breakfast was ran out 40 m befor time Again felt unwanted and not welcoming at any interaction. And neerest parking was 10 m walk Staff was very none welcoming To point of we don’t actually want you to return (We did arive very late) This is such a disappointment after staying in the same hotel in Paris and it was grate. Room is quite and very spacious And the teamed cartons are very nice Kids love it a Q park dosent ofer charging if you don’t have iblinc card (consider using another one
