Had a great stay! The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities made the stay comfortable. Very good for families. Everything was well maintained, and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Positives: The facilities were good and the staff were excellent, particularly the breakfast staff.
Negatives: The toilet plumbing and mould smell in our room was terrible from the moment we arrived. The hotel technicians attempted to resolve the issues, however, they were only masking the underlying problems. This made our stay in the room unbearable.
It would have been nice to have better/more plant-based options for lunch and dinner, to avoid eating elsewhere.
Overall, I'm not sure if I would return to this hotel, unless the standard improved.

Such a wonderful place to stay! From arrival all the staff were so incredibly lovely and helpful especially with our three kids age 5 and under. Room was very big and spacious and always immaculate, the cleaning crew did such a wonderful job and left a beautiful set up for my birthday it was truly special! Plus a beautiful slice of cake delivered on my birthday. Kids club was fantastic all the kids loved it! Food at buffet was great and ranged changed daily, pool was fantastic and always seats to sit on! Great location to, super close to other food and markets and out the back entrance great massages and circle k. Amazing place to stay!
