Very nice stay although we only booked 1 night. Lovely big room on the ground floor. Owner very welcoming and helpful advising where to find restaurants/pubs locally.
Little bit far out of the main Royal Mile for us to walk but there is a bus stop right outside which will take you straight there.
Lovely new bathroom. Would benefit from some shelving to put toiletries/toothbrushes etc on but this is just a suggestion more than a negative. Lovely stay overall.

My room was clean and quiet. I only needed a simple single room with an in-suite bathroom. It fully met my needs at a reasonable price.
