The room was very nice with a comfortable bed, the area was nice and quiet but not far from the city centre.
The showerhead was a bit worn and not absolutely clean, also the pressure in the shower was not very high.

Good, clean facilities. Good location, easy bus routes into city. Free street parking nearby.
Nothing, though we find it strange when we stay four nights in a place and meet our host once, on arrival. Of course it’s an OK business model but we value interaction with people.

The owner was very welcoming, and the location is a stone's throw to the bus stop.
It was surprising to see that the bed was laid daily and the bin bag was replaced, but the room was not cleaned up. Still had dirts here and there on the floor.
The electric kettle was also very dirty, and we could not boil water with it. The hand wash we met was barely enough for one day, and I was wondering why the toilet was cleaned up, but the hand was never refilled for the 5 days we spent.
