No Restaurant, reception closed on arrival after 16:00, no internet, building run down, bathroom in bad state of maintenance. Otherwise everything was fine.

Although basic, the room was very comfortable with an excellent bed. The bathroom was in need of some minor TLC ( tiling grout dirty ) but overall we were quite satisfied, especially having two dogs, the ground floor room was ideal.

This hotel was basically abandoned with no staff on site and no WiFi. Felt very unsafe and decided to find another hotel but there were no staff to even return the keys to. Upon reaching out to customer service here to alert them of the situation and see a refund, even THEY haven’t been able to reach anyone at the hotel by phone over several days. Strongly recommend you don’t book this hotel!

We have stayed at several Campanile Hotels and this is by far the most run down. There was no restaurant but fortunately there is a Buffalo Grill and a large Inter Marche supermarket within easy walking distance. The staff were very nice but the hotel itself needs a good bit of TLC to bring it up to scratch.

Hotel was in great need of substantial refurbishment. Whilst functional for one overnight stay, the rooms were tired, dirty and in need of complete redecoration. The shower fixing was loose and the bath was dirty.
