Small room, but adequate. Good breakfast. Too far from the main town.

Suited us for a one night stay, and our onward journey.

Whilst in or room in the evening, a gentleman used his key and entered our room. He said that he had been given our room number. This resulted in our pet dog getting out of our room and running up the corridor. This incident upset me, more due to the fact that the key he had , opened the door to our room. Luckily we managed to call our dog back down the corridor, and the man left. Was this actually another guest, or was it someone trying his luck and finding his way into our room. How did the key he had open the door to our room. What if we hadn’t been in our room and this person was not a guest of the hotel, but trying his luck. When we told the hotel staff the following morning, they seemed rather confused, and confirmed that a key to another room should not have opened the door to our room. There did not appear to be an explanation to this situation.

When arrive to the hotel at 3pm wasn’t told that’s there is no water till 6pm. Not even mention so communication is bad. Also no discount was given No shower gel in the dispenser

On our way home

The lovely receptionist on arrival made us very welcome she also helped us navigate the escalator with room card etc. She is a great asset to the hotel. Evening meal good just took once again senior citizens a little time to order via internet! Breakfast good, staff very helpful. Check out was just as efficient as arrival was, exceptional staff.

A fair overnight stop in a good location

Location. Near a beautiful forest and lake. Great dog walking. Dog friendly hotel. The receptionist, Jhoenny, was professional, friendly and very helpful. Good restaurant on site. Also near supermarket,chemist.

Breakfast by 9:15 was poorly stocked No french stick left. No assistance by the man as to how the egg boiler thing worked. Yes breakfast was disappointing. Very small bedroom. But ok

So comfy.

Without a doubt, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, including my own! The pillows were pretty good, too. The AC was really efficient, and the room was wonderfully cool when we arrived after a long, hot journey. The food in the restaurant was pretty good and reasonably priced.

One of the waitresses (she wore glasses) was extremely offhand and inhospitable. A smile and a greeting go a long way!!!

On arrival the staff were exceptionally helpful.

The room was quite small and looked jaded. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel appeared expensive. We chose to eat elswhere.

Great location. Easy to get to from the motorway. Restaurant attached, which is open on a Sunday night. Pretty good breakfast. Friendly staff.

The restaurant that was attached to the hotel looked very impressive and quite upmarket, however, when it came to food choices the only thing vegetarian that could be offered to my wife was onion soup!!!

I was there a total of 16 hours and that was long enough, I couldn’t wait to leave.

Very disappointing, it’s like they just don’t care.

Very little. Aircon was Ok but in the wrong place in the room so lost some effectiveness. Parking outside was useful but only as we arrived early. Later it was completely full.

We booked twin beds but when we got to the room it was a double. When we asked to swap to a twin we were told that none were available. This is despite us arriving mid afternoon and the hotel was quiet. The fact remains we booked a twin so should have had one. The room had just 2 towels, no hangars for clothes, no coffee or tea making facilities nor mini bar and no liners in the bin. No one told us how to use the lift which needed the room card to access. As regular travellers we can categorically say this hotel extremely bad value for money at nearly 100 euros a night. If it had been say 50 euros a night we would have thought fair enough, you get what you pay for. But at this price it is a joke. Never again.

excellent location for a business trip + excellent parking facilities. Check-in & out were handled quickly. Breakfast was OK.

The cleanliness of the room could be better : bath room was not perfectly clean, and I had the impression that curtains of the bed were not as clean as one should expect. This was a little disappointing (as Ibis usually has a service that is better).
