The staff were very friendly and breakfast was good.

It was in the middle of an industrial estate. We weren’t aware it was an annexe for the rooms and could only be reached by stairs. The bar was not stocked- only a limited selection of bottled beers and no other choice!

Accommodation (room) good value for the price.

Room very clean, bed very comfy, reception staff friendly and near a couple of places to eat and supermarket if needed.

As my husband and I only eat a small breakfast it would have silly to pay full price for breakfast, but they wouldn't let us have a childs meal at a lower price.

Crossaint was OK. Close to Motorway.

First room had no toilet seat and broken lamps. Sexond room had broken lamps and missing security features. All rooms and hotel felt shabby. The breakfast was passable, but for that price bad. It is in the middle of an industrial area, so don't expect to see anything. It did not feel save.

We were offered a room on the second floor, but there is no lift at the hotel. We were offered a ground floor room which was basic. It was small there was only one bedside table. The room and the outside of the hotel needed and repainting

there was nothing to like, room was dirty, linen was stained, we had 1 lightbulb for the entire room, long blond hairs on the floor, blood splattered on the bathroom wall, bed was so uncomfortable, pillow was lumpy and stained, no bar or restaurant although the booking said there was, what more can I add ????

I have stayed at this Campanile before and found it quite reasonable to be fair, that is why I rebooked it for this journey, but unfortunately especially considering we have Covid at the moment, it was dirty even to the point that they didn’t empty the bathroom bin and there was a face mask still in it as well as other items . But as we arrived at 10:45 in the evening it was too late to do anything about it . When I went back to the reception no one was there.We are staying in a different hotel tonight and I really could not rate that Hotel high enough
