House of Mailly

The location was in a quiet residential area about 2km from the town centre. Off road, gated parking within the property was very convenient (The town has some nice restaurants by the river ) The rooms are of a very high standard, very opulent and spacious The owners Vicky and Jean Luc have done a wonderful job renovating the property and are great hosts laid back but attentive They also communicated via WhatsApp which meant we could let them know timings etc. Very comfortable beds, air conditioning and a warm welcome !! The breakfast served in the airy large dining room was fantastic with breads, croissants, jams and conserves (Cheeses are available ! The overnight stay was really pleasant, relaxing and highly recommended. If you're traveling to or from a holiday destination, this is a great stop off.

I cant say there was anything I disliked

Beautifully decorated accommodation. Clean everywhere, comfortable bed and furniture which matched the age of the building, lovely shower, all decor in keeping with this period property. Vicky and Jean-Luc were very pleasant and the breakfast was lovely with homemade jams and beautifully presented. Nothing was too much trouble! A fantastic place to stay for onward travels to the south!

Chambre d'hôtes décorée avec énormément de goût, chaque détail est pensé avec soins, ce qui crée une atmosphère chaleureuse et raffinée. Le confort est irréprochable, literie de qualité, équipements parfaits. Quant au petit déjeuner, il était tout simplement délicieux avec un petit bonus, un gâteau fait maison et des fleurs sur la table. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

Oreillers un peu trop gros à notre goût mais c'est vraiment pour dire quelque chose et pour permettre aux hôtes de peut-être rectifier le seul point négatif pour ma part
