We did not have breakfast due to our schedule. The staff at check in was not the friendliest. But the staff at the desk at dinner was much more helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and our meals were very good! The faucet for the bathtub constantly dripped water. The room was very clean. The heater/ac was noisy.

Clean room, loved the pool for an early morning swim workout. The attached restaurant was very convenient with good food. The complementary continental breakfast was had plenty of choices with an extremely welcome host.

We got to get in the room earlier than expected and unpack. This made it easier to walk to the event we were going to.

The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and the bathtub/shower was terrible needs replacing and the conditioner bottle was torn from the wall and just sitting on edge of tub. Pool also had brownish stuff floating in it.

Staff at the front desk were extremely flustered with any interaction we had with them. Rooms are old with some lipstick on a pig updates. Being close to sports venues is a plus but not worth the money in my opinion for what you get

Its kind hard to leave a review when i was unable to stay there for lack of a place to park. I arrived checked in, paid 27.00 extra to park in their lot and left to go to a concert. Around 11.00pm i returned to hotel to park and there was no parking at all in their lot or anywhere close. I never went to my room at all. I called hotel and they only refunded my parking. REALLY!!!! Why keep selling parking tickets when you know you can't park everyone. I would of stayed there if i could of parked. I feel if i don't get a refund on my room i never entered, i will definitely spread the word. Unhappy

I paid alot of money to stay there and also paid 27.00 extra to park. I checked in around 4:30 and then left to go to a concert. I never even went to my room because when the concert was over and i came back there was no parking ANYWHERE. Its wrong to charge for parking and then not have a spot.

Staff at this location are awesome always!!! The property is/was clean although the rooms are looking worn. Bathtoom with tub surfaces peeling, dim lighting, lighting over bed didn't work, lights burned out apparently. Wallpaper dingy, separating at the seams. Time for Marriott to spend on updates and refreshing the property. Morning buffet soarse, boring. Same food last 5 years. The reason for the five stars? Solely based on staff excellence because the other issues are not within their control and must be addressed by Marriott Corporate.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional. Everyone we met at the front desk was beyond helpful, the woman working the breakfast area was a rock star and the staff at the in-house restaurant were the best restaurant workers we may have had the pleasure of interacting with. Everything is great. The only negative thing I will say is that they oversell the parking spaces! We paid for a space and returned from driving down here and there were no spots and we had to park in a fire lane, per front desk instructions. That is very inconvenient in a city location like this when you rely on their parking lot! This is a huge selling point as to why we chose this hotel!
