Największym atutem mieszkania jest balkon, można się na nim poczuć jakby się przebywało na plaży, po przebudzeniu na balkon wieczory na balkonie, my spędzaliśmy tam najwięcej czasu. Lokal jest duży i spokojnie pomieści dwie trzy osobowe rodziny (3 sypialnie z dużymi łóżkami ), w takim też przypadku koszt / rodzina wygląda naprawdę atrakcyjnie. Panie Susana sprawnie odpowiadała na każde pytania, zdecydowanie na plus.
Balkon kompensuje wszystkie niedogodności, natomiast o kilku chciałbym wspomnieć. W mieszkaniu było czysto, ale łazienka wymaga remontu, nieprzymocowana deska sedesowa, słabo spływająca woda w umywalce (to można wszystko łatwo i tanio poprawć). Szafy ze słabo przesuwającymi się drzwiami. Mieszkanie nie ma klimatyzacji, która dała by minimalnie większy komfort w bardzo ciepłe dni, natomiast w Nazare każdy wieczór przynosi chłodne powietrze więc da się przeżyć.
