The host TRIED to make the process easy, providing a detailed document explaining each step we needed to take to pick up the keys and even included photos. Unfortunately, because I don't speak Portuguese, and the instructions were not provided in English, we struggled a bit. On the positive side, the hosts provided their phone number, which we used to contact them, and they graciously walked us through each step ... accessing the apartment entrance, using a code to open the main door to the wing where our apartment was located, taking the elevator down to the basement and walking to the garage door to open the door to the parking area so we could then drive in and park in our assigned space, then back-tracking to the elevator and going up three floors to access our actual apartment. The clear instructions via phone were invaluable. The apartment itself was lovely. Two big bedrooms with comfortable beds, a kitchenette, a small balcony where we could let our beach clothes dry, and a fairly spacious living room where our group could gather to visit. The location was. GREAT -- just a couple short blocks away from high-quality restaurants and the beach.

The host provided a couple coffee pods, which we appreciated, but having a few more would have been better. The instructions to get into the parking garage (which I described earlier) were confusing, but we were able to figure it out with hte gentle guidance of our hosts, via phone.

Es espacioso y la ubicación es genial

Hace mucho frío en el piso; hay que prepararse bien para alquilar el piso en temporadas de frío y no lo han tenido en cuenta. Había una estufa de gas pero que no era suficiente para el piso entero, apenas calentaba una estancia. Además, la limpieza dejaba que desear. Menos mal que solo lo alquilamos para una noche.
