Excelente localização. Possibilidade de levar o companheiro peludo.
A casa tinha pouca iluminação natural. Tinha poucas janelas e as que tinha davam diretamente para uma parede (com excepção da cozinha que tinha uma pequena varanda). O que torna difícil arejar a casa principalmente na altura de mais calor. As ventoinhas no teto ajudavam, mas para estarem ligadas era necessário acender a luz.
