The apartment had 3 bedrooms with private baths each. Very clean with spacious bedrooms. The location is exceptional. Beach is directly across the street. Lots and shopping and food options. Walking distance to the funicular. Parking is secure in underground garage.
The common space is very small for a 3 bedroom apartment. Small maintenance areas to address, such as the door getting stuck, one of the shower heads would not stay up and the kitchen cabinet doors next to fridge are on backwards making them difficult to open.

Location
There was a problem with the parking card. There was no hot water. We had to find the water heater and turn the hot water back on ourselves. The hand held shower head in one of the bathrooms was broken and shot water everywhere.
