La ubicación es buena, tiene todo bastante cerca y el apartamento esta bien reformado. Tuvimos una pequeña incidencia con la caldera, pero la persona de contacto lo subsanó en 5 minutos.
El colchón, las almohadas y el sofá cama del salón son incómodos. El baño está bien, pero el grifo del plato de ducha estaba oxidado y una parte estaba sujeta con cinta aislante.

The apartment was clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The building itself is new and in excellent condition. Location-wise, it’s very convenient. There are grocery stores nearby, and it offers quick access to the city library and bus stations.
I didn't encounter any real issues during my stay. However, since the apartment includes a washing machine, adding a few laundry detergent tabs or liquid would be a great touch for guests.

gute lage, großes bad, aufzug nahe strand
war leider nicht sauber. mitteilung an betreiber, keine reaktion.
nur 1 verfügbare steckdose neben dem bett. wenig ausstattung an küchenutensilien. spülmaschine aber kein pulver. kein geschirrtuch. nicht mal küchenpapier.
